Clinical qi gong is one of the oldest branches of Chinese medicine. Just like herbal medicine, acupuncture and tuina massage it is rooted in the concept of Qi and the channel system. It involves gentle movements that combine foot work, arm movements, posture, awareness and breath work.
The course consists of 4 sessions covering all aspects needed to practice at home on a daily basis. This Qigong form is called Golden ball and is particularly helpful for supporting chronic conditions and general wellbeing.
