I began Studying Holistic healthcare When I was 19 years old. I experienced ill health in my teens, and it was due to receiving a variety of natural therapies that I recovered. The beautiful thing about addressing your health holistically is that it is not just about a single treatment, it is about learning to live a healthy life, through diet, stress management, listening to your body and learning daily practices that can support you through the highs and lows along the way. When I discovered this it completely changed my life and I've never looked back. All my sessions are focused around restorative healthcare, whether this be supporting recovery from an injury or simply the daily demands of life.
Over the last 20 years I have gained experience in many areas working with anxiety, depression, addiction, gastrointestinal conditions, auto immune conditions, and chronic fatigue amongst other areas.
Alongside running my practice for 20 years I have also had the pleasure of teaching clinical supervision at the College of Oriental Medicine, and gaining invaluable experience working at a drug and detox rehabilitation clinic. I now work from my practice based in Angmering Village.
